Nice environment in the school campus. Pillow was too flat and uncomfortable to sleep on. Room was big and there is a UE Boom soundspeaker too. Reception staff were generally OK but some couldn't understand English nor friendly. Overall good stay.

Amazing front desk crew comprising Audrey, Karina n Manuela. Keep up the great work. You are the frontliners of this nicely located cosy hotel.

Excellent , professional, quality price excellent

We were happy with the rooms which were big and clean.

Near to train station but quiet and safe area. the other side of the hotel and walk for 15 mins is shopping area. Anyway still convenient to take metro instead of walk. Hotel give free travel card. Spacious clean and lake view room. Mini convention lift.
