We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night the waterpark was completely full of people which we expected. However we were disappointed that not a single chair or table was available for us to set our towels on due to the amount of people in the park. Alcohol prices are very high and I cannot recommend drinking at this location. Our hotel room (2 bedroom suite) was excellent. It had a gas fireplace which was fantastic to sit by as we watched it snow out from the window. There is a Walmart less than a mile from the hotel that we took advantage of during our stay.

Nice time, we came with two 12-year-olds and 2 14-year-olds. They liked the arcade, the mini bowling, and the water park. We have been coming here since they were younger and always enjoyed our stay. This time, it was good, but we had a couple bumps. Our room was not ready when we got there. We were informed the room was ready but a supervisor needed to check it before we got in. OK, not a big deal. We get in the room and it smelled amazing, you could tell it was just cleaned. Had to call down to the front desk, there was no actual blanket on any of the beds, we were in the two bedroom. They only had sheets. They also only had half a roll of paper towels and three forks. Front desk brought it all up. It seems like the supplies were much less than when we were even there a couple years ago. There was only one pan, the soap bottle was half empty, no extra paper towels, no cleaning supplies, last time we stayed, there was extra soap, extra sponges, and a spray bottle of multipurpose cleaner. There was also extra paper towels and multiple cookware items, however, this time, there was not. We also had a little issue at the Water Park. We went in and they were checking bags. We’re fine with that, we had reusable water bottles and then extra plastic bottles of water to fill them back up with which we were told was allowed. However, the girl working that day said we were not allowed to bring in flavored water. Had to go back up to the fourth floor to bring it to our room.
