"Property was very good. It's Expedia that we had an issue with. My reservations were for 2 deluxe rooms, lake view. in my reservation, I noted that we required first floor rooms because of a powered wheelchair. We arrived, and both rooms are on the 2nd floor. The staff and manager scrambled to accommodate, and fortunately 1 room was freed up, but faced the parking lot. and front of vehicles. Do you read the customer notes?? Never again will we use Expedia."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every part of it! The location was absolutely perfect, and the views were beautiful. We especially loved the pool — it was a great place to relax and enjoy our time. The food was also delicious, and everything was well prepared. Overall, the hotel had a great atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would love to come back again! ❤️"
