This is truly a top notch resort. Everyone from the manger on down does there best to insure that guests have a great experience when visiting this resort. Maintenance is meticulous and so is house keeping. We always look forward to coming back.

Overall, the experience is good. It's an older property, there's lots of road noise on the western units, but the place is well kept, the pools and workout areas are clean, and the staff is professional and friendly.

Great location and clean! Only problem we had was there was not a pack n play or portable crib available. Upon check-in, the clerk told us they would deliver it and set it inside of the door as we were going out. Never delivered or communicated that there was not one available. I reached out and was told there was not one available until our checkout date. We were counting on having one we had an infant and a toddler, and it was a challenge.

Sara was such a joy to be greeted by after our travels to reach Lake Havasu. Prior to our arrival, we had inquired twice about extending our stay ideally in the same room or worst-case scenario having to move rooms. Unfortunately, there wasn't an ability to accommodate our request. Upon our arrival, we asked Sara if there was any possibility to extend. Within a few hours, Sara worked some magic to allow us to stay and in the same room. We couldn't have been more thankful for the effort she took to help us out. Above and beyond. Every time we entered the lobby, I felt like I was chatting with a best friend in Sara. She's a good egg. Upon first attempting to enter our room, the door was stuck. I happened to see a couple of gentlemen in the parking lot in golf carts and approached them hoping they might be maintenance staff. They confirmed they were and immediately came to our rescue. I apologized for bombarding them, but they both said they were happy to help. After addressing our door situation, one of them even mentioned he had been on his lunch break when I approached. Couldn't have been kinder to let us bug them when they could have turned us away until they were back on the clock. Overall, a great experience. We WILL be back!

Staff was very courteous and attentive. The rooms were not bad. It was great having a full kitchen at our disposal. The floors were dirty though, like they don't mop much. The vinyl flooring was cracked and chipped in numerous areas. Hot tub and pool was great.
