"Unpaved road on side of cliff to property. Machinery and equipment blocking road make the property unaccessible. "

"Had to change rooms from 610 to 616 because shower head is very unconfortable for women that do not want to wash hair and fouset was to close to the wall. I tried to get water with with a glass and I broke it since my hands were slippery with soap. This time hotel did not honor launch room as a previous reservation done with Expedia, but this time they did not do it. Did not like it at all."
