My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, modern home. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable visit. Although we initially had trouble accessing the unit due to unclear instructions, once we got in, everything was fantastic. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout. We’re definitely planning to come back!

Some confusion when searching property online prior to coming because another business was listed as having same address. Did not realize 2 long staircases to access rental & bedrooms. Had an issue with fruit flies but property managers very prompt in trying to resolve the problem. Everything very new, clean & neat!

Nice with one issue

The condo is newer with plenty of space. All the basics were available (soap, utensils, laundry detergent, etc). We enjoyed walking to breakfast and a winery too. A quick drive to many other wineries and dining options. There are two sets of stairs to the top floor, but we were expecting this from the listing information. However, as another reviewer mentioned, there are fruit flies. Not just a few, probably hundreds. Our family was going out for all meals, so we did not cook there. I would not have felt comfortable cooking or eating there with how many bugs there were. We did reach out via the app about the issue with no response from the management company.

The Birches was a live stay however the unfiltered water had a high level of soulful that left a rotten egg smell on use.
