When we arrived at our room, the door was open, and the bathroom had been used and not flushed. The hallways to the rooms was dark and creepy.

This place comes off a little sketchy and wreaks of cigarette smoke. They also charge a $100 damage deposit, which I was told was just a temporary hold. It wasn’t, it was charged to my card and now I have to wait a week for the refund to go through. I never could find the breakfast which was not a true breakfast. If you can it’s worth staying somewhere else!

Staff were okay. Elevator stopped working on the second day. Had to check out with belongings without elevator to assist. Cell phone reception not good in the hotel for some reason.

Showerhead sprayed water up & over shower curtain onto the floor.Next morning a large cockroach on kitchen counter; then one dropped onto my neck as I was getting dressed.

The Hotel was not clean and had a terrible odor. I checked out right after checking in. I will not choose an extended Stay America again.

The entire hall leading to the room smelled like dog urine and crap. Entered the room, and it smelled just as bad. Pieces of dog food on the floor. Bed looked like a taco shell. We didn't stay. Luckily they refunded us. This hotel has gone downhill.

I reserved a king size bed suite non-smoking. When I got to the 3rd floor, hallway was stuffy, smoking smell in the air. The room smelled like smoke and cleaning supplies at the same time. My partner and I didn’t even want to shower because of the bathroom conditions. We actually arrived after 10pm and left after 5am because my partner and I could not sleep due to our throats suddenly started hurting and my partner had a fever.

The condition of the suite itself was requiring some minor work. I know the facility manager was on top of it.
The staff were all very, very nice, helpful and great!
