"Unfortunately, the Pines is in need of significant repairs and renovations to modernize this former Nova Scotia landmark. The boiler was undergoing repairs and no hot water was available in the rooms. We did receive an upgrade to a room with Ocean view.The carpets could be shampooed and dents in the moulding as well as flaking paint could be easily repaired. No wi fi was available. Dinner was excellent. Staff were friendly. We would consider returning but we would choose a cottage instead.

"Can't say enough about this charming inn ( B&B ) Room was clean , comfortable , bed was great. Breakfast was available ( free hot breakfast also) included. Parking across the street. Ocean view. Owner ( Sandra ) was very friendly , kind , full of information. Will definitely say again"

"Paid for a premium room. First night we discover there are ants all over our bed. They moved us to a lower quality room but they didn't offer a discount. We loved Digby but we were not happy with the Admiral Digby Inn."
