"This condo/apartment was very nice and well maintained. The host was very diligent to make sure we understood how to access the condo and the property’s stringent parking requirements. Two bedrooms/two baths made it perfect for my traveling companion and myself to have our own privacy when needed, and the kitchen, living area, and very nice screened in patio were great shared space. My bed was very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. One thing I especially appreciated was the host's concern that our vehicle (a rented car) would not be towed, and reached out personally to eliminate any problems ahead of time. I would most definitely stay here again. The only thing I would mention (not a complaint, but just an observation) is regarding the shower in the main bathroom. When you lift the lever on the faucet for a shower, it did not completely seal the tub faucet and therefore did not allow the shower head to be fully pressurized. Other than that, everything was in very good condition and very comfortable."

"Cool funky apartment near the main downtown strip(2-3 blocks). Plenty room to spread out for a couple. Bed was comfortable( felt like a memory foam but it wasn't too soft like some). Small kitchenet was nice. Enjoy our stay -would stay again."

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them."
