"The staff was friendly and tended to our concerns promptly. Unfortunately, there were many issues. Biggest one was that as of about midnight, we had no water. When I reported it in the morning, they fixed it right away. Minor issue was the TV remote power button didn’t work. They give you one bath towel per guest. "The worst place ever you should be shut down. Dirty mold in the pool 6$ for ice 30$ if you bring food in the room disgusting bathroom.when was the last time you cleaned the bathrooms in the rooms."

"Nice central place in Masaya. Easy to walk around the town, even safely at night. Only one staff member speaks English, but they are all very kind and will try to help as best they can. "

"First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. We were greeted by someone that spoke no english which was quite uneasy seeing as how we just arrived on the island at 6pm (sunset) and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the space.
