"I was quite disappointed with this accommodation. We were greeted by someone that spoke no english which was quite uneasy seeing as how we just arrived on the island at 6pm (sunset) and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the space. "The staff was friendly and tended to our concerns promptly. Unfortunately, there were many issues. Biggest one was that as of about midnight, we had no water. When I reported it in the morning, they fixed it right away. Minor issue was the TV remote power button didn’t work. They give you one bath towel per guest. The rest of it is a paper towel dispenser like in a public rest room. Not terrible but very unusual. I had to ask for shampoo, and they gave me three little plastic bags that they...

"We enjoyed our stay. Overall it’s an excellent spot on the edge of town and across from the beach. The rooms need blankets as it’s hard to monitor the ac and we were cold. The hot water in the shower was not hot, just tepid. "

We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. "Nice central place in Masaya. Easy to walk around the town, even safely at night. Only one staff member speaks English, but they are all very kind and will try to help as best they can. "
