"Room clean and bed comfortable "

"I liked this place and I'd definitely stay again in the future. I really appreciated the continental breakfast; there's a waffle maker, hot savory foods, and lots of the good stuff you would need for breakfast. The pool/ hot tub was nice! I also appreciate the rooms with a balcony view of the lake, it's a nice view. The staff was very kind! My only complaint is the bed/mattress was very uncomfortable and hard. This is not a new/modern hotel this place is comforting and cozy. They're doing a great job!"

"There's no pool, which is okay because I wasn't in need of a pool. The room was not very clean. The bathroom mirror had brown dripping streaks, the desk chair was peeling/ falling apart, the hot water wasn't hot, and a smelly carpet that smelled like cigarettes. The king bed was alright but only made with 2 rock- hard pillows. When my husband went to the front desk to ask for more pillows the guy accused us of having extra people in the room, which was odd. He then said they were out of pillows. Eventually the desk person found some pillows and dropped them off very late when we were finally about to fall asleep. The worst part for me was the breakfast; there is no waffle maker! The breakfast was pretty much stale cereals, or toast. There was no fruits, and there was a homeless woman talking to herself "what are ya building a wall to China!?" Over and over again. I would definitely not stay here again, AmericInn down street is way better. "
