"Amazing little gem of a place to stay at reasonable rate. Very clean
and looks to be newly remodeled. Staff was very hospitable at check in!! Highly recommend!!"
"Our stay at this resort was very disappointing, especially considering the price and expectations of a family resort. The walls were incredibly thin, to the point where it sounded like neighboring guests were in our room. Sleeping was difficult because we could hear conversations, doors, and constant noise throughout the night.
The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was overly springy and the frame felt loose and wobbly. The balcony railing was noticeably loose as well, which felt unsafe. The outdoor furniture was old, dirty, and constantly wet from gutter water dripping onto it.
Cleanliness was another major issue. We found pork rinds on the floor from previous guests shortly after checking in, which immediately made us question how well the room had been cleaned. The toilet flushed very weakly and eventually plugged. Maintenance fixed it, but left behind a mess in the bathroom without cleaning it up.
Housekeeping also does not service the room during your stay, which was frustrating and not clearly communicated ahead of time. The water park itself was fun for the kids, but getting into it was chaotic because of terrible pedestrian traffic flow and overcrowding.
We also booked a room advertised to sleep six people but only received two water park passes, which felt misleading. Overall, the resort felt poorly maintained and not worth the cost."
