"We had room 102 for 5 nights. The room was clean, pillows and beds were comfy, AC was cold, water was always hot! We had no complaints with this no frills hotel. It served our purpose as home base for exploring Hot Springs and Little Rock Arkansas. Many eating places within walking distance(if you wanted to). Bass Pro World and “The Outlets” about 10mins away. There were no issues with the staff, parking lot, or other guests during our stay. I recommend the ribs from Whole Hog Cafe, Ramen and Sushi from Nori and stopping at the Goodwill(scored some great high end clothing items while there)"

"We just stayed for one evening. The room was very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable and the ac unit kept the room nice and cool. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of things to choose from. We were very happy overall."

"Room had leftover food on the ground and hair on the shower bottles which made it feel less than clean. Otherwise nice to have happy hour, clean pool for the kids to play and as always lots of room space. Gated paying $12 for parking in a regular hotel parking lot with no gate or extra security or lighting. It was clearly another way to make money and I could have for free and the same convenience parked at the next door shopping center."

"The walls and door are very thin, so much so we could hear everything from people walking and talking in the hallway to people using the bathroom and talking in the rooms next to and across the hall from us."

"Very clean, very nice and professional staff, and beautiful structure and decor. However, poorly maintained - pool chemicals sat out near pool for days, most ice machines were not working due to no water, and no breakfast offered in cafe on wkend."
