The apartment was very spacious. It was nice having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. The views on either side of the apartment were stunning. Everything was in great condition, including the knives which were all sharp. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge help. We were blessed with good weather and were able to see the stars right from the back garden. We were disappointed when we had to leave at the end of our stay. We wished we could've spent more time here.

Apartments were nice, kitchens were stocked with the basics. Had a few issues with the service. We arrived for check in but were given self check in which wasn't a problem and we were told to check in the next morning. When i went to check in the next morning the office was closed. It was also closed the day after so i was quite confused. I also specifically booked this place so that i could wash my clothes as i am travelling NZ. And when i got there there was no washer/dryer in the room, despite the description saying so. I eventually on my last night was told i could use the washer/dryer next door which i appreciated, but it meant having to do my washing very late. I don't think washer/dryers should be advertised if its not available. I don't think that's fair. The rest of the apartment was okay, the kitchen was a little confusing, we had 8 packets of salt but no pepper and we eventually found the chopping board which was placed ontop of the fridge, had my husband not been super tall we would have missed this as you would need to stand on a chair to see it. All in all a good stay but could use some improvements.

Nice stay a short walk from town

The apartments are in a small block about fifteen minutes walk from Tekapo town centre. Although they are up hill from the lake there was no view, at least not from the ground floor apartments. Reception was quick, efficient and friendly, although there was no one on site over the weekend should any problem have occurred. The apartments are near-new, and were spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was supplied. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quieter, apartment-style stay.

Ideally situated for our needs. Within walking distance of the village. Hayden was very helpful on check in giving good directions to all amenities. Personally showed us around our accommodation, a really lovely thing to do. After a busy day doing the Hooker Valley Trail it was lovely to be able to relax in comfortable surroundings. There was no signal for the TV, this may be a problem for some people, however, we were able to sign into our Netflix account so enjoyed that instead. A really lovely stay, thank you.

Helpful staff

The two bedroom apartment is very large and comfortable for 3 people. Kitchen is equipped well for light cooking. Great balcony. The standout experience was with Hayden, the concierge. When he saw our 6’ son, he immediately offered to remake the second bedroom into a king bed. He offered helpful hints on things to do and see. Thanks Hayden!
