We had a great experience from the time we checked in till the time we had to leave the manager was great. We had to leave unexpectedly due to a health situation and they were so accommodating and we were very appreciative. We stayed in one of the suites. It was clean. They gave us extra pillows to accommodate my guest, and I couldn’t have been happier.

First night A/C didn’t work. Let staff know. Offered me a box fan. They replaced the unit the next day. Room needs to be renovated. Sofa had tears in it from a dog. Room had animal scratch marks on all door casings. I will never stay in that hotel again. i will be back in Hillsboro soon for another training. I didn’t want to take any pictures. I also came home with athletes feet, I’m sure from the Shower. Not a good stay for sure.

The front desk person was not so good We order $50 of Pizza from next door and ask her to send them to pool area. Did not happen. She told then she didn't know anything after we ask her to do so. We picked up our own .not good customer service
