What a gem of a hotel! The decor of the Hotel Riu Plaza London is sleek and elegant yet still somehow feels warm and welcoming. Room was spacious and immaculate as was the lobby. Six elevators meant no waiting. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had in all of my trips to Europe with a vast selection and constant replenishments. The front desk staff were courteous, helpful and efficient. And finally this hotel is only a5 minute walk to Victoria Station for the train, underground and buses. I will definitely stay here again when I return to London!

18 May 2019Windermere Lake is always an attraction, bringing with it a lot of people. So it gets very busy.... Finding a parking space in the town can be difficult, so maybe find one a little away from the centre and walk in to the hurly-burly
