"Unfortunately we had one of the rooms that was not remodeled yet. Looks like they are working on improving the property but the price we paid was unreasonably high."

"The room was too cold and we had no idea that the air conditioning was on because it was cold outside. Also the hot water was not hot enough for a bath. The room was adorable and very convenient and the cookies were fabulous. "

"The facility looks brand new, and the location is great if you are going to the airport. Everything was very clean! They were a little short staffed. Plus I would recommend a room on the top floor. We could hear those above us whenever they moved around their room."

"After one look at the room, we opted not to stay there. They also did not have a room that I had requested. The room reeked of smoke and the place was in disrepair and dirty. I was happy that the owner did give me a full refund."

"I would like to shout out the photographer of this property. They need a raise! The place was very run down. It's in a rough area, neighborhoods didn't feel inviting. We could hear traffic from our room, and the train went by several times. The room was described as "able to sleep 4." Well, that was simply impossible. There was 1 king size bed. No couch. No futon. Just a large chair that was impossible to sleep in as a full-size adult. The tv barely worked and then didn't at all. It was a very tight fit. The bathroom was pretty nice, but the water pressure wasn't the greatest. They did have a pool and laundry area, which could be appealing to some travelers, but I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone and I won't return either."

"The hotel needs a makeover. And the towels/ bedding need to be changed after each stay, we had used towels in our room. "

"I check in late. When I enter the room, the room wasn't clean beds are not wash towels are in the floor, toilets is awful. Garbage from previous guest are still there with unpleasant smell "
