"Parking was great. Staff was amazing but we did have a problem with the room not being cleaned prior to our check in. But Miguel was fast to fix it and provide us with a new room that was in perfect condition. Overall I would return to a stay as it was a nice place and conveniently located in town. The room thing was told to have been a system error and I think the benefit of the doubt is appropriate for the situation "

"This was our second stay at the property, and unfortunately, it will likely be our last. We were charged more than the amount we originally booked for, and at the time, we were told the excess would be refunded—but we never received it. On top of that, we were charged an additional $20 for a stained shower curtain, even though the shower was not used during our stay. While the property itself is nice, our experience with the billing was frustrating and disappointing. I would recommend double-checking charges and being cautious, as we were billed for things we did not do and did not receive the promised refund."
