"Daughter and I needed a place to stay for the night half way through our drive home. Made reservations on hotels for Shasta Inn. Shortly after, Shawna called to get our ETA and advised that the office closed at 9 which was before our arrival. She gave me our check in instructions and once we arrived everything went smoothly. We loved the cute little room and the entire vibe and atmosphere of the Inn. Wish we were staying longer but will definitely be back to stay here again. Cutest little “ski” themed room. "

Didn’t really explain much like why I was charged the extra $100 deposit so I had to ask someone else at the desk the next morning when checking out. Also.. was told a continental breakfast cost an extra $7 per person. For the cost it should have been included. "
