"Overall the room served its purpose. Staff members were pleasant. Nice sized rooms. However our room had a stench in it that never went away. The pull out bed was about 2 inches thick. My kids (6 and 9) never really complained but any bigger than they are, it would be a rough sleep. Pool area we found a lot of trash, clothing tags and dirt around the pool. Pool and hot tub are super small so if you are coming with a group of kids, you run out of room quickly. We had a suite with a bedroom and it was hard to control the temperature of the room. Always seemed like the bedroom was much warmer than the living area. The shower had no water pressure however we were the last room at the end of the hallway. "

"For $150 a night I expected a free breakfast, but it was an additional $13. The DID offer free coffee and fruit, so that was good, and I took advantage of that. Wanted to give a shout out to "Kevin" who was very helpful, pleasant and professional even though I want to the front desk about 5 times with different issues (none were the fault of the hotel). "

"Lobby and staff are excellent super nice and accommodating. Lobby is updated to where you’d think the rooms would match. Room had loose tiles in the bathroom and hard water stains around the floor and shower grout. Also advise cleaning staff to clean behind the bathroom door. Many hairs and dust. Simple fix."

"Always a pleasant stay at this location. Have stayed many times over the years when in Canton. It is always clean and appreciate that they offer Silk non-dairy milk for breakfast! Bathrooms are clean but could be updated. Rooms are nice, beds are very firm and comfy. And it is always a great price when booking. Great location with a Cracker Barrel across the parking lot, a slew of restaurants and Walmart across the street..if new to the area try Park Street Pizza then stop by Pav's for dessert (they have adult milkshakes :)). "
