It was definitely overpriced for what we got (blame that on Easter weekend??). Room was small and outdated and the toilet leaked so flushed randomly and dripped. No utensils to stir coffee in the morning (though it was nice that coffee was provided). There was dust on the lights by the bed and one of the glasses were dirty (though nice they were chilled). The twin bed was quite comfortable and queen was ok.

A great no fuss place to stay. The outdoor verandah was a nice addition. Comfy beds. Opposite the water. Walk to everything. Quiet rooms.
