"Super cool room"

"It is about 5 to 10 minute walk from the Union Station. The hotel is quieter than those in the downtown area. However, you can still hear traffic from time to time. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff were very helpful and courteous (except one in the restaurant). The room and the public area were clean. I would not mind staying here again."

"The property charged me for my room even though I had paid through a third party booking app. Two weeks later they are still gaslighting that it didn’t happen. Only 1 plug worked in my room. Door handle was broken. "

"The room was clean. That is a plus. The challenges were. There was a door that led to the pool area. They removed the door knob, screwed on a steel plate to cover the holes and welded or bolted the door shut. The main door to get into the room, there was no swcondary security lock. Half of the mechanism was removed (not broken, removed)"
