Breakfast was not served appropriately and had to wait for 30 mins for the refill, whatever has been refilled is sufficient for 1 person when there are 3 people waiting for breakfast. Packaged Water is complimentary and not provided unless asked"

"Housekeeping was poor, the room I had was poorly maintained for the three days I was resident with cleanliness ignored, facilities not supplied or replenished properly when supplied. Wi-fi was a joke in these days with metered and a need to get daily "tickets" to gain access, this is 2023 not 2003! Staff gave the impression that I was an irritation rather than welcomed. All round not a good stop at all. On the positive side, the location is excellent and there is secure parking. Nearby...
