"This guesthouse is exceptional. Especially for families, but for anyone who likes a green oasis with animals and plants in every corner. The animals are well taken care of, there are activities for kids and adults. The food is delicious. There's a welcome package with info about the farm, mealtimes, activities in the area, and info about Ramadan. The hosts and staff are so friendly and happy to help or chat. "

"The staff was amazing ,they advised us to go to Nouba restaurant which was marvelous ( highly recommended) Friendly staff in the bar , also reception. Swimming pool is good. Don’t spend too much time in Casablanca ( two days not more ) More activities can be found in Marrakesh. We are from Norway , USA and Iraq. Black cat used to be with us in the bar her name is Mimi, I wanted to invite her for a meal, I have been told she has been living in the hotel for 5 years and she likes to eat Italian food. Nic e hotel, we enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The room service was also very good. The indoor and outdoor pools were the best part during our stay. In regard to breakfast, it would have been better to have more vegan options as they could only offer fruits and some chopped veggies. There is still some renovations going on in the hotel though we did not feel disturbed by it as we understand it is part of the process to make it better. Location is also great with access to mall, cafes and restaurants. Overall our stay at the hotel was amazing and we loved it."

"Riad Palais des Princesses is perfectly located within walking distance in the heart of the Medina, right in the old town style surrounding Jemaa el-Fnaa. But once you step inside, it's a completely different world — a beautifully styled traditional Moroccan riad, clean and elegant from top to bottom. What truly makes this place special is the people. Nouhaila is the soul of this riad, warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. Simo was extremely professional and patient, welcoming us upon arrival with genuine hospitality. And Mariam in the restaurant took wonderful care of us at every meal. Together, they turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend."

"Rooms were clean , neat and big. Ours was pool facing so good view. I know not many of these have pool facing. Hotel staff was cordial. Food was great . Best part was pools were beautiful and well maintained. Aqua park for kids was the highlight of the trip. Hotel is strict about their policies - a bit easy being on this part will make them a truly great hotel as service comes first. However Hotel servicing staff - Restaurant, Bar, poolside they were cordial. All in all Great hotel for families with young kids. Old and traditional Morrocan look."
