"A beautiful hotel. Calm and relaxing -we had a totally restorative stay. Staff couldn’t have done more for us and the whole experience was wonderful. Beautiful weather and pool (the temp is refreshingly cold); great spa treatments; huge room; delicious breakfasts; el fresco dining by the pool for lunch was fabulous. We went into Marrakesh every night (30 mins in cab) and enjoyed fantastic rooftop bars and restaurants – great recommendations from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman!
