"I have stayed at this hotel many times. Suitability situated centrally, easy to get to all the tourist sites. Available taxis a close to the metro and railway stations.The staff at the hotel were welcoming. Our check in was smooth and quick. It would have been better if they do the necessary paperwork for both our booking on our first visit. This will save time on our second checkin. The housekeeping staff was always pleasant. The room was clean. The breakfast has limited variety but always fresh with options to meet your special diet needs. The food at their restaurant was always fresh and tasty. We were never disappointed with any of our choices at the restaurant. It must be noted that hotel guests enjoy at discounted rate at the in house restaurant. The staff are attentive and assist guest with local travels by arranging taxis. A special thank you to Luke for always being ready help with a smile. A big thank you to Vikas Parab who resolved minor issues professionally. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to be in central Mumbai"

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless and beautifully maintained the property was. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with every comfort I could ask for — cozy bedding, great Wi-Fi, and a stunning view. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and organized. The restaurant served delicious food with plenty of options for every palate, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and valued. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and hassle-free stay. "Our stay at this hotel in Mumbai was disappointing overall. The room was very small and not comfortable for a family stay. There was visible mold on the walls, and the towels and bed sheets were extremely old and worn out — which made the stay feel unhygienic and unpleasant. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, though service was quite slow. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this place could be improved, but in its current condition, I wouldn’t recommend it for families or longer stays. "
