"We reached the property around 9:45 00 PM for check-in. During the entire check-in process, the staff member was continuously talking on the phone with someone else, which felt unprofessional and inattentive. The apartment itself was spacious and had enough furniture, which was good. However, the cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. There were ants throughout the apartment, including the kitchen area, bed, and washroom. Since we were traveling with a child, this was especially concerning. Thankfully, we had brought our own bed sheets and pillow covers with us. Overall, the property has potential because of the spacious rooms, but the lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance made the stay uncomfortable."

"There were some bugs in the room, spiders mainly. The standard could be higher especially as a Ramada which is supposed to have a higher standard. The beds were not as comfortable and the hotel was a bit outdated. The best part of the stay was the staff, who were extremely helpful, kind and efficient. The hotel is one of the better hotels in Cornwall and corporate can stand to upgrade the facilities at large."

"Parking was easy. Staff was also good. But the hotel amenities were not at all like the ones explained and shown in the hotel’s explanation. The airconditioner wasn’t working at all. When we complained, The bed was in awful condition. The staff was working and polite but they had to obey their management. The room did not have a single water bottle. We had an enfant with us. And we were simply in a state where we could not do anything rather than just adjust. So a big heads up to all the ppl to not book this hotel. "
