Our room was weirdly humid. Floor stayed wet and sticky even overnight. Only two small lamps next to the beds for light. Tv didn’t work, no tv no apps nothing. They did come out eventually to help us fix it.

The rooms are not clean and makes you question your stay as if it is safe to stay there. I do not recommend anyone with kids as I did not feel safe staying here. Big life lesson spend a hundred dollars more for your security and your comfortability. There was hair in my bed which made me not want to sleep there. The carpets were dirty and unsanitary. The bathroom was also not very clean and is really small.

This is our fourth-time in Lancaster Pennsylvania we stayed for three nights.our first time staying here. The location and property was good room was clean and location very close to restaurants and stores the staff was very friendly. We had a minor issue with the AC unit, but the employee was very nice and moved us to another room. Overall experience was very good. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Room smelled strongly of cigarrettes and when we got our room changed, there was a strong odor of fabuloso with a sticky floor. Towels were gross with numerous stains in different ones. Steer clear of this place it’s a dump.

This hotel is in need of a lot for the price we paid on Expedia. We have now learned Expedia charges a higher price for a room than if you had walked in the front door and reserved it. We had a “kitchenette”, which included a refrigerator, microwave, small cooktop. No coffee pot, no coffee cups, no cups, no plates, no utensils, no cooking utensils. For what we paid for that room it should have been a 5 star. The traffic was loud way into the night. Lovely trucks Jake breaking coming down the hill to the intersection, people were loud in the hallways until late in the night/morning. The doors did not seal well so all noise made its way into the room. We had to run the fan just to help block the noise at 1:00 a.m. and you do not get blankets on your bed you get two THIN sheets to cover up with. No elevators which is not in the description of the room and we were on the second floor. We asked the front desk person what they charge if you walked in the front door, he would not say after we told him what Expedia charged us. Would not recommend this hotel nor using Expedia to book. We felt like we Expedia miss represented the quality of the hotel and the hotel manager wasn’t even concerned we OVER paid.
