The staff is always nice and they're lenient about check out times however the area is an island with not very many options nearby for dining or convenience so I suppose this is fitting for it's name The Palms

Ray and the other reps at the window are kind, and courteous to me as well as friendly to me on a daily basis. Since I have been staying at Palms I have not had any problems

The staff in the office are friendlyand kind. Maintenance sweep's the property, empty the trash daily. He does this every day. Property is nice and clean.
