Lancaster Meadows Holidays

The good: The room was nice and well appointed. The living room, bedroom and kitchen were very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and furniture. The staff via Expedia’s messaging were fine and responsive. The bad: Last minute notice regarding major renovations in the area we were staying. Noisy from 9-5. The registration process for the parkade was a gong show. The tub was stained and had enough hairs in it to put off my partner who really wanted to have a bath. There was only one single pack of coffee mate so if you like cream in your morning coffee or tea, bring your own gear. It’s Canmore, so expect a train through town often (this sounds worse than it is).

Hotel needs some upgrades, but it’s still nice. We had a kitchenette in our room and it was a nice perk to have. Quiet area and well located.

Property is close to amenities, it was well maintained and clean. Given the cost of accommodations, I wasn't expecting housekeeping requirements such as loading the washer, and dishwasher upon check out...Taking out the garbage is understandable, but most of us are there to enjoy and relax 😊 Thanks.
