"We went in and saw the horrible room condition. Torn mattresses, stained sheets and the rooms smelled bad. Not sure but looked like mattresses had bugs. We didn't stay but went back to the night manager and got a refund. He was nice and accommodating though."

"The pool area were dirty and messy but the hotel was packed with high school kids so I'm sure that was the reason. The staff was super friendly even though they were busy. Our room was fantastic. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. "
