"Access to the front lobby is complicated to find, the parkade is open and anyone can walk into it."

"The toilet in the washroom flushed by itself every 30-45 minutes and when we told about it to the front desk lady she did not even apologized about and felt bad even we said we had a restless night because of the washroom toilet flushing every 30-45 mins. "

"The staff here are so friendly and incredibly helpful. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel (room service) and this was also a great experience and the food was delicious. A little bit of noise from the room above and loud neighbours slamming their door but not the hotels fault. Would recommend this hotel and we will stay here again. "

"Hot tub was great but do wish had a pool for kids we were a little disappointed only hot tub when we arrived . Hotel photos looked like a pool . Also wish they had buffet breakfast . Staff were the best . The security guard was the best helped me bring my terminal ill daughter into the hotel and allowed me to take her to the room before parking my car. "

"This property is budget friendly and is located in a central downtown location. The room was average as expected, dated and showing its age. It could use a good cleaning as windows in lobby and room as well as elevators/floors need attention. The breakfast was good with an assortment of options. Pool and hot tub are small but a nice amenity to have. Nighttime outside the hotel is noisy but earplugs help. It’s an older property and expectations should be such. Staff is friendly and service is good. "

"Close to Edmonton arena, restaurant at hotel reasonable , good food, rooms and hotel better than expected. Stayed in King Suite, parking on site, would recommend if going to an Oilers game downtown, 20 min from Edmonton Mall"

"This is basically a place to stay, not a hotel. Hotels.com is not up to date with the amnesties this suite has. It was good overall just don’t expect them to have airport shuttle or hot tub or dry cleaning. It’s almost a high quality apartment. The location is good though."
