Outstanding property delivering faultless service
Unfortunately we only spent one night at Le Clos de Landrais - unfortunately because I would love to have stayed longer. Olivier and Christophe are perfect hosts who have literally thought of everything. The Bule was tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and (considering the limitations of an inflatable tent) very well equipped. The outside bathroom had a plentiful supply of hot water and the inside space (aka shed!) was of the same high standard. We had an evening meal as well as breakfast. The evening meal was a seafood platter which was amazingly presented and accompanied by a quality wine, both of which were sensibly priced, and although the breakfast was fairly standard traditional French, much of it was home made and therefore of far higher qualify than most places. We slept well - the bed was so comfortable we didn't get to see many stars which was a shame as it was a clear night! The pool looked great but we were out of time to try it.
Basically Olivier and Christophe have found a winning formula in a perfect blend of quality products and faultless service delivery and the result is a fantastic experience.
