"There was a broke lamp, the curtains were broke so they couldn’t close all the way, the tub was damaged and patch with tape, and the shower never got hotter than lukewarm. There was rust on the jet areas of the tub. The staff was super helpful and nice especially when the only working vending machine for drinks wouldn’t work."

"The Omni is a beautiful hotel. With great restaurants and shops, rooftop outdoor pool and bar, gym, central location walkable to so much in the downtown area. My room was great, spacious with a nice view of the city. No complaints. Highly recommend!"

"We chose this downtown location because it was close to the YUM Center, where our daughter's graduation was being held (walking distance). Hotel parking was very expensive; suggest the parking garage on 3rd Street behind the hotel instead, much cheaper. The room was nice and the breakfast was fine. Appreciated the 24 hour availability of coffee. The check in staff was very nice. The problem with this hotel is what seems to be a lack of security; there are many homeless people in the area around the hotel, and sometimes they seemed to be able to get inside the hotel and up to the 3rd floor to eat the free breakfast. Even though a key card was needed to use the elevator, they would just walk on with other people using their cards. We won't stay here again because even though we like the hotel, we just didn't feel that safe there."
