Truly an amazing experience at the best address in Langkawi. I've been to Langkawi many times but St. Regis made me falling in love with the island all over again. Great service, perfect ambiance and amazing people.

Great place, we got upgraded which was amazing. Staff super helpful, small food gifts in the room every day. Its worth a stay. Some little adjustment: pillows too hard, menu super expensive, no kids club on site, they should offer small toys to kids every day to make them feel special, the beach..gosh not sure if water muddy or dirty, loads of plastic in it. The views are amazing even with dirty water.

This was our first stay at a St. Regis and the first time we’ve splurged for a 5 star hotel. Incredible property, amazing amenities (free pressing, complimentary coffees delivered to your room, free packing services). I think I read from a review that kayaks were complimentary but there was a charge for them. Beach was not great for swimming but still beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful. We did have an issue getting in touch with the hotel prior to our arrival which did not give us the greatest first impression: we asked about a pickup from the airport and the cost- we reached out via Expedia and they promptly replied, however did not address the question we asked and mentioned looking forward to seeing us at a date that was one year BEFORE our arrival... that was concerning. I replied several times again asking for confirmation on our dates/try to get the price for the airport transfer and they never responded. We decided to call and they transferred us to the concierge desk, it rang for 2 minutes then brought me back to the main operator and the cycle continued 3 times before the main desk told me no one was available who spoke English. I told them what information I needed and that I needed an answer ASAP. Gave them our return contact information and they never called back. Finally got a response via email (about $50 USD each way, we ended up renting a car for like $65 for 3.5 days which was great because we got to leave the hotel for dining). In person staff was great.
