Memorable Stay
Greeted very warmly from the moment we entered till the day we left. Staffs very kindly upgraded our room and provided many little surprises along the way - room decor, setting up of bathtub, fruit basket and desserts, even help stitched a small tear my dress when I sent one for ironing. Amazing hospitality and service, especially from the beloved butlers. Happy that all facilities were open during the pandemic , and that the hotel offered a la carte buffet breakfast. We had such a memorable stay. Definitely a 10/10 from us. Only regret is that for our meals at the cabana private dining, we were not served the mignardise. We only realised this after we left. Would suggest to keep track of the meal course yourself. Food was good nevertheless

Perfect
We were just looking for somewhere to chill out and not leave and St Regis was perfect. From arrival to departure there was not much that could be faulted. Covid measures were in place throughout and a welcome pack was provided in the room. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the room really spacious. Loved our view. The food choices were great - efforts were made for me being a vegetarian but really there were ample options for me . Enjoyed the live music in the bar area. The staff were very friendly, I think a bit starved for conversation with guests, we were quite fussed over. The pool was a bit of an odd arrangement with only one entry/exit access point, which was right alongside, almost on top of, a set of loungers. The beach was not a wow, but certainly private and catches a good breeze. The overhead fan on our patio did not work -we did not notice until the day before we were leaving. Enjoyed the 6.30pm "opening" of champagne on the main patio. Totally enjoyed the fine dining restaurant. As well as the regular visits by Hornbills. Would recommend and would come again
