"I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I paid $325 expecting a clean, quality room, especially after requesting a presidential suite, and this was far from that. The first room was unacceptable, so we requested a change but the second room was no better. There were holes in the walls where you could see wires, and even a hole in the bathroom ceiling. The vents were full of visible dust, and overall cleanliness was very poor. The bathroom was especially disappointing. The tub looked like something out of a hospital delivery room, not a suite. We specifically asked if the room had a soaking tub and were told no, yet the property’s own website shows otherwise, which was very misleading. There were also inconsistencies between rooms the first room had a mirror, while the second did not, which made the downgrade even more frustrating. On top of that, there wasn’t even a microwave available, which is a basic amenity you would expect at this price point. Overall, the hotel felt extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and not worth anywhere near what I paid. This was not the experience that was advertised or promised. I am requesting a refund due to the unacceptable conditions and misleading information."

"Our rooms were clean although missing a pillowcase for the pullout couch and the shower flower mate. The room offered plenty of space and comfortable. The view was very nice. The breakfast had many options and very clean eating area. Breakfast time was from 6:30-9am. It would have been nice to have breakfast until 10am just to cut down the congestion of people right before breakfast was over."

"Dead bugs in drawers, hair in tub, burns in the bed throw, door to hallway was patched. If I hadn't prepaid I would have left. Neighborhood very sketchy. Photos online must be old, looks worn out. "

"Our room was clean with newer updates but the bathroom could have used a refresh - it is a bit outdated. 2 of the bathroom bulbs had blown and weren't working. The hotel itself is outdated but the staff were great at checking in and out. The breakfast was enjoyed by my son but there could have been more options available. The ease of parking was good too."

"When I arrived I was told they were short staffed and no rooms were available. I let the check-in person know I had an event to attend. She went and found me a room."

"carpeting in hallways was disgusting, elevator was out of service, condition of bathroom was poorly painted with drywall patchwork sub par: this place needs to be renovated. otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean."
