"Typical static caravan, it’s dated but it’s not run down. It reminds me of holidaying with my grand parents. It’s on the main road so there are times where it’s noisy - but that can’t be helped and it’s seriously not often. Site owners are thoroughly lovely, vey kind, knowledgeable and friendly. More than happy to approach you and have a genuine chat, not just pass the time or fake charm. The rest of the guests reflect this too. Plenty of return guests and on a glorious weekend weather wise just sitting by the fishing lake is a total escape. Kitchen is well equipped, the shower is hot and powerful - not as it looks, and is the original retro installation! I’d come back."

"For the price we paid, the room was surprisingly spacious, had been recently renovated so in excellent condition and also very clean. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, however the staff on reception at the time of check in were both very friendly and helpful. When booking a less expensive get-away for just one night, this honestly had everything you would need. Again, just to highlight, in comparison to most places we have stayed in this price bracket, the room was exceptionally spacious and well maintained, really couldn’t say a bad word about it!"

"An absolute little gem of a place set in a quite and peaceful location around a fishing lake the pods are very spacious and the log burning hot tub heats up pretty quick and stays hot for ages the decking area is large and it all lights up in the evening can’t fault anything with this place was absolutely fabulous will be returning for longer next time"

"We were upgraded to the Suite which was absolutely beautiful. Only stayed one night but loved it, if in the area again then we will return. The only down side was that there wasn't any air-conditioning but they provided us with 2 fans which was lovely so it wasn't too hot. Will recommend to anyone, parking is only £4 which is very cheap"

"Very comfortable bed, clean room We stayed for 2 nights. At check-in, we did not notice the sign in reception that you need to ask for a room refresh (before noon) We needed clean cups, glasses, tbags, but we asked in the pub on the second day and all were provided. The only downside is there isn’t really anywhere in the bathroom to dry towel on a two night stay, so maybe best to ask for refresh Excellent value for money"
