"The staff was wonderful and allowed us to check-in early (b/c rooms were available), but they also let guests drop bags early. The location is great and very central - HOWEVER, it is literally adjacent to the tram stop. That's convenient, but our room was on the front of the building, just above the tram stop, and we heard the tram bells (arrival and departure) all night. It was hard to sleep.
