"The Hotel is a little out of town, but close enough that its not difficult or expensive to get into town. Located near the river it provides easy access for walking trails, push bike riding, bamboo rafting etc in a safe not busy location. The staff were amazing happy to assist with everything. While we were visiting we encountered a one in 50 year flood that caused major issues to the area. Staff were able to provide generator for power each evening. "The hotel is very cozy and with beautiful rooms and surroundings. We had a few dinners at the hotell which all tasted really good. The best part was the staff. They greeted us everytime we came back and when we left and made sure to give us small tips on places to go - in general just made it a priority that pur stay was pleasant. The kids loved the pool. "The location is absolutely perfect. You are right on the Li River, and it's an easy walk to both the wharf and the bustling West Street, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. The facilities were clean and modern, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
