"Staff was amazing, but property was terrible inside and outside..pool was closed most of the stay and when finally open ice cold..they are in middle of remodeling so half stuff didn't work, drains didn't drain, found rusty nails in pool area, put us all in the wrong rooms, took about 2 hours to finally ..."
