"All was good except we found some broken glass on the floor which a friend's 3 year old daughter managed to put in her mouth thinking it was snow/ice. Pool area very nice, good hot tub area. View was of a car park and petrol station rather than mountains as described but COOP was handy for food, as very well stocked."

"Lot of construction on the way up the hill to the hotel. GPS got confused gping on the goat path, the only way we could get there. We new it would be somewhat isolated so we brought a few food items because the kitchen was advertised. Olny one pot. No frying pan. Very poorly equipped compaired to the advertisement and what we expected. A breakfas was offeted for a ridiculous price. We had hope to make our own. We got stuck on the ground floor with no view. "This was the last stop from Zermatt Glacier Express. Ski season ended so town closed down and quiet. Except Hotel Arte. The restaurant La Salle was outstanding for doing Bernard breakfast. The hotel room had heated towel bar and floors. Don’t let the unassuming hotel and lobby fool you. Beautiful rooms and eatery. Would stay here again."

"A wonderful property—5 stars in every sense. Conveniently located right across from the train station. Every detail carefully curated at this property. The hotel seems new and is very fresh with high end finishes and touches. We stayed in a Grace Superior room and were very pleased with the size, amenities, and finish. Again, truly 5 star. Our schedule only allowed us one day in St Moritz but had we to do over we would have stayed another day if for no other reason than to stay another day/night at this amazing property. We were able to enjoy the gym but didn’t have time for the pool an sauna but looked amazing! Highly recommend—-its worth it!"
