Great location. Very convenient hotel. So many options for places to eat. All the staff were so helpful. Ready to help you with anything. They work so hard. Comfortable beds and very little noise at night. Good breakfast buffet options.

We first stayed in a regular room and didn’t like the lack of windows and it needed updating .
The second stay we were upgraded to a suite and it was so lovely, spacious, balcony, clean and so comfortable. We really appreciated it, thank you to the lovely staff, especially Hanna and Ahnna.
Nice to be able to wash and dry clothes.

We stayed here for four nights. Staff are super friendly and be very helpful. Lily the receptionist helped us arrange tour packages just a day before the tour started. The other young lady (Can’t remember her name) walked us to the tour bus at night making sure that we don’t ge lost in Hanoi busy streets. Can’t say more all the positive vibes about HM Boutique hotel. Will absolutely go back for our next trip to Hanoi. Thank you so much for having us in Hanoi!
