"We stayed for one night and it was okay. We arrived and parked the car without any trouble. Our room was a bit small, but it was clean with comfy beds, and also dog-friendly. There was no dining service in the hotel, so we went to the restaurant next door. It was okay, nothing special, but it would have been nice to have this service in hotel, or at least recomend .Breakfast was good. Overall, not a bad hotel."
"Dole is a wonderful location, beautiful town and gateway to the Jura region.
Lots to explore and this hotel is very convenient to the town centre and the autoroute network."
"This chateau is in the middle of a complete restoration but that did not detract from the experience.
The owner is warm and welcoming. The building is steeped in history including a large bedroom suite slept in be Josephine, wife of Napoleon.
Minutes from Nuits St Georges it worked well as a base from which we cycled on the designated and safe vineyard bike tour 40km there and back to Beaune in one direction and same to Dijon in the other. Just stunning"
"A very nice hotel in a great and convenient spot on the wine route. We lived our spacious room.
The staff was great, particularly Eva, who was so helpful. The spa is very nice, too. We will return."
"We arrived at the hotel after a long drive from near Bordeaux and just wanted dinner and then bed. We’d chosen the hotel because it had a restaurant but on arrival we were told the restaurant was closed on weekends. So we had to get back in the car and drive to a fast food chain for an average
meal. Next morning, breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The area around the hotel is industrial so don’t be put off while you’re looking for the hotel address. There’s onsite parking, the rooms are basic but clean and nice staff. Completely different experience of Dole compared to the old city on the river but it was convenient."
"Hotel in good location for travelling and close to Nuit St Georges. Good parking facilities.
Room nice and clean. Air-conditioning good during hot weather. Staff very helpful although evening food, whilst very good, a little slow probably due to either being too busy or understaffed."
