Thank you for posting a review of our property. I apologize that our decorative curtains do not close. We do have blackout curtains that close and I will double check to make sure that they are working correctly..

This was a great place to stay for a short ski trip to Snowy Range! Unlike many hotels in the area, this hotel is off the main highway and is nice and quiet! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than the average free hotel breakfast. We enjoyed using the hot tub after a long day of skiing! We will return to this great hotel for our next ski trip!

Property is nice, easy to get to from the interstate. Clean room except the carpet was a bit worn and stained. Everything else was very suitable for a 1 night stay.

It’s not near the University of Wyoming, but the stay was nice and the staff was friendly and excellent with customer service.

Thank you for posting a review of our property. We strive to have great customer service. The University of Wyoming is an average of 4.0 miles from our property, with traffic it is on average 10 min to War Memorial Stadium.

Ease of finding off interstate. Could walk dog nearby easily. Was fairly quiet except for late check ins at 2 a.m. Great employee, Elizabeth. She was very attentive and friendly and very commited to helping in whatever we needed.

Convenient location for our needs, clean, good breakfast options, able to extend our stay easily. No info given on frequency of housekeeping so had to ask after a couple of days. Initially given inaccurate info on why we couldn’t access the normal ABC, NBC, & CBS channels on TV so had to ask a 2nd time. It was due to weather & started to work after a couple of days.

We arrived late at Comfort Inn & Suites Laramie, and the lady checking us in took excellent care of us. She even let us pick where we wanted our room to be located. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we slept great after a long day of traveling. Thank you for a great stay!

This location was perfect for my needs! We had a quick trip to Wyoming for a college graduation and this was close to campus and downtown. We found some good food near by and the hotel was clean, warm in looks and service. We would stay here again.

The woman that checked us in was so very sweet and helpful!! Upon entering the room, the smell was wonderful!! The breakfast had fresh scrambled eggs and all the choices were yummy! We traveled with 2 dogs and the grounds were very nice and pet friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable and the space was so quiet. We would definitely stay here again!!

We booked through the app, drove 1000miles, lost our room due to not calling in before checking in…., receptionist kept referring to the way the system works, I’m not sure who calls in before check in to a room that has been paid for, money lost. Stayed across the street in a hotel WAY more understanding

Joe, You booked your room for Thursday the 7th check in and showed up Friday the 8th to check in. I really did my best to try and explain to you that we could not check you in because it showed you as a "no show" and that we could call expedia and have them change your reservation to Friday. You chose to not listen to what I was saying and instead use foul language towards me. I am happy you found a new hotel. Best of luck to you.
