"We really appreciate this hotel for accommodating our early check-in, even with an additional fee. Our room was clean and comfortable overall, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved.
The bedroom door was extremely difficult to open and close. It required a lot of force to pull, which caused me terrible muscle pain after having to do it repeatedly throughout our stay. I would especially not recommend this for seniors or anyone with mobility issues.
There was also no telephone in the room, which was a first for us. Whenever we needed something, such as pool towels or a plastic bag for the ice bucket, we had to walk all the way to the front desk. Unfortunately, our room was also located quite far from the main lobby, which made this even more inconvenient.
That being said, we still enjoyed our stay. My kids absolutely loved the indoor water park, and we truly appreciated that the hotel welcomed and accommodated our puppies. 🐶❤️
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but addressing these issues would make the experience much more convenient and comfortable for guests.l."
