"Property's common area are very dated. The hallway to the rooms themselves look horrific. The manager acknowledged this, they know and have plans to address the need for new carpet and paint each room's exterior door. The rooms themselves again a bit dated. HOWEVER what was good was Fabulous! The room were clean!!! The breakfast great; nice variety. The excellent kitchen staff kept a close eye on things and kept the various items filled & hot! The front desk staff, each and everyone of them we encountered, were simply kind, understanding and went above and beyond to help us with a situation that would have been impossible to handle withour the staff at the front desk, not just one person but each one we dealt with. The cleaning staff were so polite and hard working. ard. The outdoor swimming pool itself was sparkling! Based on cleanliness of eooms, excellent breakfast and exemplary service from all staff, we would stay again! The staff was the most accommodating and genuinely pleasant staff I have encountered. That is saying A LOT, since during my working life, I was a Marriott PLATINUM level client."

"It’s a good hotel . The living room area in the room is a bit dark. If was there for an extended period of time I would get an extra lamp. I also wish all the amenities were properly mentioned at check in . Dinner time , restaurant times ect. None of it is mentioned. Sure it’s on the key jacket but it makes a difference to have that interaction because not everyone is familiar with embassy suites. The breakfast in the morning is a bit cold , it’s not being checked on or turned to ensure it stays hot. it’s a clean and renovated hotel the rooms are great . Overall it’s still a place I would continue to stay and I do recommend."
