I stayed in room 229 and the a/c unit was noisy. Every time the compressor would turn on, it was loud and echo throughout the room. Hard to sleep with that noise. The shower head needs to be cleaned so the water pressure comes out properly.

Front desk staff were amazing - received a package for me and check-in process was super smooth. Daily cleaning in room was inconsistent, often forgetting to refill coffee and dishwasher detergent. Laundry machines were broken, only 1 functional washing machine for the entire hotel, and caused for a long day trying to coordinate between other travellers. Walls in hallways between lobby and room had various signs of physical damage. Pool area was noisy and populated well after the 10PM closing time.
