Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Nightmarish experience. Booked this unit and received the instructions to get the key from a deposit box. There was no key and the unit was occupied. After trying several phone numbers, the person responsible walked out of the next building and claimed he has cancelled the reservation because Expedia won't let him charge a cleaning fee and that he won't be working with Expedia anymore. I received no cancellation notice. During all that my family and I were stranded for an hour on the street after midnight. He put us in his car and drove us to a smaller one bedroom apartment that sleeps two. While I'm thankful he didn't let us sleep on the street it was obvious to me that it was a classic bait and switch. My wife was relieved we were kidnapped for ransom. Avoid at all costs.
