The house keeping staff need to be more professional and considerate. Entering the room as early as 9am in the morning to clean the room when the DND sign is up is a deal breaker, not acceptable under any circumstances. The rest of the staff where great.

Overall, the hotel is very good with friendly helpful staff. If I have to say any negative, I think the bed and bedding were a bit worn and not up to a 5-star hotel.
