Unfortunately the blonde receptionists were unbothered and sometimes rude towards us as guests. Already at check-in we did not even get a welcoming nor an explanation of the hotel , only a paper with instruction and a hand gesturing wanting our passports. Not the best impression. Another time, when we asked if they knew more detailed information about the AirPort shuttle we got a rude reply that we should not ask them about it. Luckily, we got a very warm and caring help from another receptionist, Mikaela. When we had an issue regarding our room she was very helpful and kind, as well as her manager in the back. The guys in the beach bar were also very kind and had a fun way of serving! Apart from having black hairs in the bathroom and in our bed after cleaning ( we are blonde) the hotel was price worthy, had everything you needed & a great location.

Väldigt nöjd med sängen och fin utsikt från balkongen. Vi har haft halvpension och maten var riktigt god. Städning sådär och fick inga nya handdukar på hela veckan.

Staff are all really hardworking and very helpful. Location is great. Bathrooms need upgrading, but other than that, it is a great place to stay, in a great location with excellent food at a good price. It is my preferred hotel in Protaras.

Positiva aspekter: hotellet ligger bredvid stranden, vattnet är rent, det finns många solstolar. Vi fick rum med havsutsikt. Det finns en mängd olika mat du kan välja själv, den når naturligtvis inte Turkiet, men du kommer inte att gå hungrig. Nackdelen: Städning måste bli bättre, Wi-Fi betalas fast det skrivs att det är gratis. Men det här är alla småsaker. Helhetsintryck: Vi var mycket nöjda och tacksamma för vår semester.

Great location, not so great hotel

Little to no atmosphere at the hotel. The staff were rude, and it was a really weird experience when you were eating lunch and dinner. A lot of staff were just waiting for you to be done eating, so they could take the plates, while the other waitresses who were in charge of drinks for the dinner arrived when we were done eating, or didn’t even come. The best food was the snacks between the buffet, and we are usually not picky eaters. The best thing about the hotel is the location and the pool area. The elevators didn’t work as they should, so many guests had to use the stairs, included people who had bad knees. The lack of costumer service and bad atmosphere gave us a bad experience. We heard other guests complain about the exact same issues. On our next vacation we will be more critical when we read the reviews for the hotel, and I hope that you will take this review in consideration before booking this hotel.

We stayed first day of opening 1/5/24 just for 2 nights, to say this was first day of opening and first to check in, if I had arrived for 1 or 2 weeks I would of been very disappointed. Room was a good size and could be really nice, great view and good size balcony. Paint work needed touching up in rooms, headboard had a split in it which should of been repaired, landing had a smell to it and I think only certain floors were open for rooms, pool and pool area was great and hotel location is great however sunbed cushions are dirty and some ripped sunbeds. Restaurant was used for breakfast and lunch and was fine for what we needed but tables need to be set as you spend your time looking for cutlery each morning, we ate out on evenings. Stayed here 20 years ago and was excellent however wouldn’t return again now.

Omtanke saknas

Hotellet ligger perfekt precis vid stranden. Välskött pool och rikligt med solstolar. Stort minus för städning av rummen, noppriga och fläckiga sängkläder. Personalen var oengagerade och det var inte många som gav ifrån sig ett leende. Med tanke på lägen så är det verkligen synd att den där lilla omtanken saknas som helhet.

Trevligt hotell med kalasläge nära strandpromenad samt havet då såklart. Vi valde halvpension där möjlighet fanns att byta ut lunch/middag varje dag. Vi tyckte maten var bra. Kom som en överraskning för oss, men var en utmärkt lösning att varva lunch och middag med externa restauranger. Riktigt bra! Även trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gratis solstolar & parasoll på hotellets område. Handdukar gick att låna mot deposition... Vi valde att hyra på stranden i stället. Ett stort plus var att man kunde boka ett rum i 30 min (i vårt fall på em för att tajma transfern) där man kunde duscha av sig innan avresan till flygplatsen. Detta helt utan kostnad. Humana priser i hotellbaren. Enda negativa egentligen OM man nu skall vara lite petig var att hissarna betedde sig ngt märkligt ibland. Åker vi till Fig Tree Bay igen skulle vi inte tveka att boka detta boende igen!

The hotel is in a good place by the sea but it has some problems like there was no air conditioning at the reception, the service was very poor, the staff needed more education. There are persons of the staff that they don’t speak Greek and you have to speak English in your own country. The food was ok, not the best but ok.

Bra läge, inte så fräsch hotel

Läget var bra. Fin strand och nära till restauranger och shopping. Maten var bra. Vi hade halvpension. Rummet vi fick var inte fräsch. Troligen fanns det vägglöss på sängen. Tjejen hade utslag efter ett par dagar. Då tänkte vi att kanske berodde på allergier eller nåt liknande men efter att även jag fick samma typ av utslag som såg ut som myggbett så började vi misstänka vägglöss från sängen. Tog upp det med receptionen men de sa att det är bara myggbett som är typisk för Cypern. Efter att visat betten på en klinik samt via doctor.se så sa de att det är vägglöss. Först då fick vi byta rum till ett till synses bättre och renare rum.
